This policy covers the Wear OS apps HQ Arcade: Watch Games (com.hq.watchgames) and Candy Carnival (com.hq.candycarnival). The short version: the apps collect nothing about you.

What the apps collect

Nothing. The apps do not ask for an account, your name, your email, your location, your contacts or any other personal information. They have no internet permission, so they cannot send anything anywhere. They contain no ads, no analytics and no tracking tools.

What stays on your watch

Your scores, levels reached, play chips (Candy Carnival), sound setting and the game you picked as your free game are saved only on your watch. They are not backed up or copied by the apps. Uninstalling the app deletes them.

Purchases

Games are unlocked through Google Play. Google handles the payment and the account details that go with it under Google's Privacy Policy. Malina LLC does not receive your card or payment details. The app only asks Google Play which games you own, so your unlocks come back on a new watch.

Candy Carnival play chips

Play chips have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold, cashed out or exchanged for anything.

Children

HQ Arcade: Watch Games is not directed at children under 13. Candy Carnival is for players 18 and over. Since the apps collect no personal information, none is collected from children.

Changes

If this ever changes (for example, if an app needs internet for a new feature), this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
